Ciara Photography is owed by a young and upcoming photographer, Ciara Klinghammer, who is based out of Iowa City, IA. Having a passion for photography from the age of 15, Ciara is an exceptionally talented and passionate photographer who has quickly emerged as a rising star in the photography industry.
